Cecil C. “Cutty” Cutright, 88, of Reedsville, WV, died on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at his home.

Cecil was born December 19, 1927, in Mt. Clare, WV, a son of the late Arlo Cecil and Stella (Richards) Cutright.

He was a graduate of Unidis High School in West Milford, WV. In 1989 he retired as a mechanic after 25 years with the Greer Limestone Industry. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps where he served from June 3, 1946 to May 2, 1949. Cecil was a member of the North-South Skirmish Association in Winchester, VA with the 27th Virginia Volunteer Infantry.

He is survived by his wife, Marie (Rowe) Cutright; two sons and spouse, Arlo C. Cutright and companion Cindy of Masontown, PA, Donald A. and Virginia Cutright of Morgantown; two step-sons and spouses, John R. and Sherry Sisler of Reedsville, Rev. Robert A. and Donna Sisler of Morgantown; one daughter, Melinda S. Sisler and companion, Rick of Reedsville; one step-daughter and spouse, Debra A. and Robert Howard of Columbia, MO; two brothers, Thomas C. Cutright of VA, Carol Lee Cutright of CA; one sister, Dottie Lou Swisher of VA; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his dog Cindy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Sue Ann Cutright; his daughter, Martha Jo Murray; one grandson, Cody A. Murray; two brothers, Mathew D. and Richard T. Cutright.

Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price Street on Sunday, January 3, 2016, from 2-4 and 6-8pm; on Monday, January 4, 2016, from 10:00 a.m.
