Cecil is survived by his wife, Cathy Houston Adams; children, Craig Adams and his wife Amy, Corey Adams and his wife Allison, Casey Adams and his wife Amanda; grandchildren, Corey, Olivia, Jordan, Cambell, Leila, Caitlyn; siblings, Frances Mathis and Frank Adams. He is also survived by his mother in law, Ann Houston; Kevin Rainwater who he raised as his own and his faithful dog Jake.
