Cecelia M. Lipovsky Paradise, age 80, of Bridgeport , widow of Bridgeport Police Officer and photographer Ernest J. Paradise, passed away June 27, 2006 in the Jewish Home for the Elderly. A lifelong Bridgeport resident Cecelia was a graduate of St. John Nepomecene, Harding High School and St. Vincenta(TM)s Hospital School of Nursing in 1951. Cecelia worked as an emergency room nurse at St. Vincenta(TM)s Hospital before raising her family. She is survived by her son, Jon E. Paradise of Irvine, CA her daughter, Michele A. Pia of Stratford, two grandsons, Christopher J. Pia and Andrew J. Pia , her sisters, Emily Lipovsky and Irene Mihalek , her brother, Vincent Lipovsky , brother-in-law, Dean L. Paradise and many nieces and nephews.
