Mrs. Crane passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at Bay Shores Nursing Home. Age 89 years. The daughter of the late Michael and Wilhemina “Minnie” (Feinauer) Reiss was born April 22, 1922 in Saginaw County, Michigan. Cecelia was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Auburn and a member of the F.O.E Auxiliary #1010. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo.
Cecelia is survived by her seven children, Gary (Phyllis) Covieo, Lawrence (Betty) Covieo, Richard (Beverly) Covieo, Jimmy (Ellie) Covieo, Pamela (Douglas) McDonald, Sheila (Dan) Eigner and Donald (Kelly) Crane; nineteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; one brother, Clarence Reiss and six sisters, Eleanor Schutt, Irene Ullmer, Loretta Reinecke, Rosetta Norlock, Caroline Behmlander and Leona Harlan) Eisenman. In addition to her parents Cecelia was also preceded in death by six brothers, Oscar, Norman, Fred, Kurt, Frank and Arthur Reiss and two sisters, Verna Latoski and Charlotte Bli.
