Cecelia E. Kelly, 90, of Streator, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Heritage Manor in Streator with her family by her side.
Cecelia was born November 23, 1919 in Minonk to Stephen and Susan (Knoll) Wypeski. She married Patrick J. Kelly on August 15, 1942 in Los Angeles, California. He passed on May 12, 1996. She was a member of Immaculate Conception in Streator.
She is survived by two sons, Patrick J. (Dianne) Kelly, Jr. of Streator and Michael (Nancy) Kelly of Bloomington; one daughter, Karen (Bill) Muhlstadt of St. Petersburg, Florida; 12 grandchildren, Angela Harvey, Brian, Rebecca, Erik, Elizabeth and Katherine Kelly, Melissa Smith, Victoria Rodriguez, Mary, Bill and Frank Mulhstadt and Cecelia Green; 17 great-grandchildren; one sister, Lorene Halberg of Eureka; a sister-in-law, Alice Rodgers of Bloomington and a brother-in-law, Bill (JoAnn)Kelly of Chesterfield, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Patrick; three brothers, Frank, Joseph and Raymond Wypeski; one sister, Frances Milashoski
