Cathy Jo Romanelli Pennington, age 45 of Fairview, TN passed away March 4, 2017. Mrs. Pennington was born March 15, 1971 in Bradford, PA to the late Ralph Romanelli and Celia Romanelli.Cathy worked at St. Thomas Midtown, formerly Baptist Hospital, for over 20 years. She will be remembered by countless friends and co-workers, especially the rehabilitation staff and the “Ortho Mafia”.
Cathy is survived by her husband, Dan Pennington of Fairview; son, Justin Pennington of Fairview; mother, Celia Romanelli of Bradford, PA; brothers, Mark (Linda) and Timothy (Barb) Romanelli, both of Bradford, PA and David Romanelli of Kissimmee, FL; sisters, Julie (Tony) De Bock of Bradford, PA, Ann Bulik of Fredericksburg, VA, and Lisa (David) Dey of Altoona, PA; and several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
