She was born in Manchester NH on July 28, 1957, to the late Nabie and Ruth (Solomon) Sahady.
Cathy enjoyed vacationing at Salisbury Beach, loved her trips to Aruba, watching sports, bingo, and the game of chance. What she loved most of all, was being with family. When Cathy loved and cared for you, it was unconditional, she was as loyal as they come. Her laugh and humor were infectious.
Her family includes her beloved husband Savas Bahtsevanos, her sons Theodoros Bahtsevanos and his partner Kim Zappala, Alexandros Bahtsevanos, and her adopted son Christopher Russel. Her sisters Susan Querze, Norma O’Donnell and her husband Frank. Sister in-law Toula Papaefthemiou and her husband Vasilios and several nieces and nephews.
