Cathern Kay Collins, 70, of Bono, Arkansas passed away July 31, 2020, at her home in Bono.

She was born in Batesville, Arkansas on January 3, 1950, daughter of the late Lacie and Eletta (Fleming) Medlock. Kay spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend. During her working years, she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She loved her kids and grandkids very much. Kay was a wonderful nurse and loved helping people. She was the most caring and giving person you would ever meet. Kay was of the Baptist Faith.

Kay is survived by her daughter, Angela “Angie” Welter and fiancé Jamie Price of Bono, Arkansas; son, Timothy Baker of Williford, Arkansas; grandchildren, Steven Baker, Austin Welter, Lathan Robinson and Lacey Baker; great grandchildren, Kayden Baker and Evelyn Baker;  brothers and sisters, L.F. Medlock and wife Gail of Hardy, Arkansas, Lois Dowdy of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Carolyn Conley and husband Ronnie of Black Rock, Arkansas, Eddie Medlock of Salem, Arkansas, Diane Collins and husband Everett of Hardy, Arkansas, Judith Rutledge and husband Jim King of Imboden, Arkansas, Joyce Howard and husband Gary of Ravenden, Arkansas, Bernice Parrish of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, Mary Sims of Neosha, Missouri and Larry Medlock of Black Rock, Arkansas and an abundance of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Collins; grandson, Bryan Baker; parents, Lacie and Eletta Medlock; brothers, Delbert Medlock, Eulas Medlock and baby boy Roy; one great granddaughter; three nieces and three nephews.
