Details: Catherine M. Stallings, 94 a six-year resident of Ellisville, MO, and formerly of Pasadena, died September 15, at her residence. She was born in Baltimore on April 10, 1918 to the late Leonard Sr. and Catherine Mason. Mrs. Stallings graduated from Eastern Senior High School in the mid 1930’s. She and her husband owned the Sinclair Service Station in the late 40’s and added the Dunlap and Stallings Hardware Store in the early 1950’s where she worked as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Magothy United Methodist Church, and later Glen Burnie United Methodist Church where she was treasurer. Mrs. Stallings was also a member of the Inner Wheel with the Lake Shore Rotary Club where she held the offices of President and Treasurer. Her hobbies included china painting, and enjoying her view of the Magothy River. Mrs. Stallings was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, William C. Stallings Sr., and her brothers, Leonard and Franklin Mason. She is survived by her son, William C. Stallings Jr. and his wife, Kathy, of MO.
