Catherine M. Basey, 92, formerly of Anderson, passed away on June 10, 2014, at her daughter’s home. She was born on March 17, 1922, in Noblesville, and resided most of her life in Anderson.
She was a homemaker, was a member of the Meadowbrook Baptist Church, and loved to spend time with her family.
Catherine is survived by her loving children, Michael Ann Basey, Sharon Jones, Debbie Calhoun, sisters, Lola Stephens, Marilyn James Clark, brothers, David Millikan, William Millikan, 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Basey, mother, Myrtle Millikan, father, Ray Millikan, daughters, Shirley Basey, and Karon Hazelwood, son, Kenneth Basey, and 5 brothers.
