Catherine “Katie” Walker left her earthly home to be with her husband Mick in their Heavenly home with her family by her side.
Katie was born on June 30, 1920, the daughter of Lewis and Elizabeth Smith, in Portland, IN. She loved working in her yard, crafting, doing crossword puzzles, and going out to eat. Katie is survived by her niece and caregiver, Rebecca “Becky” Bruns; special caregiver and great niece, Mary Ann Armstrong, and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold R. “Mick” Walker; 5 sisters and 2 brothers, Albert Cordray, Clarence Lauflin, Mabel Cordray, Ester Willdower, Dorothy Anderson, Mary Hall, and Betty Bunch. Katie will be truly missed by all her knew her.
