Details: Catherine L. Bellinger, 89, a resident of the Solley area for most of her life died on March 7, 2013 at Harbor Hospital. She was born on October 7, 1923 in Richmond, VA. to the late Walter and Lenora Workman, Sr. Mrs. Bellinger retired from Union Trust Bank in the mid 1970’s after 18 years. She was a member of Solley United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women, the Stoney Creek Democratic Club and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #277 where she held various offices. Mrs. Bellinger was an environmental activist and active in political clubs.
