Catherine Irlbeck age 82 of Defuniak Springs passed away at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Panama City, FL on August
13, 1939 to Sam and Nora Lee Burkett. She was a lifelong resident of our area. Catherine loved to garden and make things grow. Catherine was married to her husband of 56 years Ronald Irlbeck and helped him run their business for more than 15 years, ISSI.
Catherine is survived by her children Ronald Irlbeck, Jr and his wife Betsey, Craig Irlbeck, and daughter Lori Irlbeck; brother Samuel Burkett & wife Caroline; grandchildren: Brian Windham, Chris Windham, Brandon Irlbeck, Catie Irlbeck and Josh Costa and a great grandchild Jordan Chochran.
The celebration of Catherine’s life will be on Saturday February 5, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory.
