Catherine Lois (Holt) Brookes, 85, of Haddam, wife of the late Lyle H. Brookes, passed away on Sunday, April 20th at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Gladys (Chapman) Holt. A long time resident of Haddam, “Kay” or “Sis” lived in Sturbridge, MA and Killingworth for a short time before moving back to Haddam.
