Catherine F. Williams, 71, of Chaplin, passed away on August 20, 2021 at home after a long illness. Cathy was born in Hartford CT, the daughter of the late John R. and Mary (Burke) Williams. She was raised in the Rockville Vernon area where she was a graduated from Rockville High School in 1968. After high school, she graduated from Hartford College for women in 1970 and from Eastern Connecticut University in 1975.
