Catherine Elizabeth Gerrard, 68 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully on Friday, August 5, 2022. She was born in Bensonhurst, New York the daughter of Cosmo and Rosaria Infantino. Catherine moved to Kissimmee in 1995 from Amherst, New York. She was also a former resident of Brooklyn, New York, North Tonawanda, New York, Aiken, South Carolina, Reggio Calabria, Italy. Catherine attended St. Ephrem Elementary parochial Catholic School from 1960-1968 and went to North Tonawanda High School in New York. She was the former secretary at North Tonawanda Police Department, She studied Criminal Justice at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. She was a former corrections officer at the South Carolina Department of Corrections where she supervised, counseled and observed inmates in cell blocks, she did perimeter watch in the towers, and transported inmates. Catherine was also a sharpshooter on the tactical team. Catherine was a former secretary at the Savannah River Nuclear Plant. After moving to Florida she was a former Administrative Assistant at Walt Disney World and later became a Technician at Osceola County Department of Corrections and she retired from the Osceola County Department of Corrections on March 31, 2015.
Catherine is survived by her son: Anthony Tucciarone of Kissimmee, Florida; her mother: Rosaria Infantino of Kissimmee, Florida; and two granddaughters: Sophia Ellen and Fionna.
