Catherine Eleanor Morgan, age 94, of Meriden, formerly a longtime resident of Milford
and beloved wife of the late Raymond L. Morgan, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2011 at Miller Memorial Community in Meriden. Born on June 3, 1916 in Gardner, MA, she was the daughter of the late George and Eleanor Abbott Murray. Prior to her retirement, Catherine was the secretary for the principal at Lauralton Hall Academy in Milford. She was an avid volunteer for Milford Hospital and for the Milford Council on Aging.
Catherine is survived by her children, Mary Morgan Wolff and her husband Pierre of Wallingford and Dennis Morgan of Milford, four cherished grandchildren, David Morgan and his wife Ann of TX, Dennis Morgan and his wife Audrey of WA, Brian Morgan and his wife Mary of Southington and Mark Morgan of Seattle, WA. Also seven great grandchildren, Zachary, Matthew, Catherine, Haley, Troy, Jack and Avery.
