Catherine “Cass” Lentz of Burlington Township, passed away on August 22, 2018, she was 79 years of age. Cass was born in Camden and has resided in Burlington since 1956. Cass was previously employed by Dubrow Electronics in Burlington for 9 years and also at Lockeheed/Martin in Moorestown where she worked for 17 years until her retirement in 2000.
After her retirement from Lockheed, she was employed as a Temporary at Lockheed/Martin with Kelly Employment Services and also with Contemporary Staffing until her retirement again in 2008. Cass was a member of St. Paul’s RC Church in Burlington. Cass enjoyed spending time with her sister, Mary Ann, she was loving and caring aunt to her niece Diane Lewis, nephew Mark F. (Betty Ann) Adams; she adored her two great-nephews: Jonathan Lewis and Marino Adams.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching classic black and white movies from the 30’s and 40’s. She enjoyed her trips to Brigantine for family BBQ’s and reading the Burlington County Times and the Courier Post from end to end. She was the daughter of the late George and Edith (Sozcheck) Lentz. Our family would like to sincerely Thank the Priests and Deacons of St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice, especially her nurse Amy, Cass’s caregiver Kabria and Cass’s “Special Angel” Charlene for their: prayers, kindness, compassion and visits to our home during Cass’s illness.
