Cassondra Sue Skidmore, 75 of Shinnston passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born December 5, 1943, in Grafton, daughter of the late Andrew J. and Blanche Bussett Takacs.
She was a cook at Grafton City Hospital, and was Bartender for the VFW. She belonged to the VFW Ladies Aux, and American Legion Post 12. Her hobbies was playing Bingo, and enjoyed being with her family and friends.
Sue is survived by two daughters, Melody Kay Woodham and husband Robert, Deatsville, AL, Carol Sue Parsons and husband Bill, Grafton; four grandchildren, Billy Parsons and fiancée Lisa, Robert Carder and fiancée Amanda, Chadd VanDevender and Crystal, McKayla Woodham, ten great grandchildren, Logan, Maddison, Eric, C.J., Adrianna, Scotty, Nathan, Cloie, Troy, and Dalton; one sister, Clara Gerard, Grafton; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by one grandson, Eric Keith Parsons; two sisters, Ella Mae McDaniel and Joann Cline.
