Cassandra “Sandy” Dahne Williams, 70, of Anderson, passed from this life to the next on April 13, 2016 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born on September 5, 1945 in Middletown, Ohio to Evelyn and Porter Adams. She graduated from Lebanon High School, where she was an honor student and prom queen. She was also a graduate of Anderson College, where she majored in Education, and was an honor student and May Queen. Sandy was married on December 23, 1967 to George G. Williams.
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years; son, Zachary (Samantha) Williams of Anderson; mother, Evelyn Adams of Cincinnati, OH; siblings, Rusty (Kitty) Adams of Lebanon, OH, Cindy Yetter of Lebanon, OH; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, Alice and Stan Reinecker of York Springs, PA, Gerald Blocher of Gardeners, PA, Ginger Williams of Maryville, TN; and many nieces and nephews. Sandy was a spirit-filled, spirit-driven loving lady who loved the Lord, her family and her many friends. She was known as an outstanding business woman.
She was preceded in death by an infant son; her father; brother-in-law, Daniel Williams; and sister-in-law, Ellen Blocher.
