Carrie Lynn Kennington Wade died April 18, 2017 at age 63. She was born in Phoenix, AZ and raised in Scottsdale. Carrie graduated Coronado High School and attended Arizona State University. She was active in several organizations including Jobs Daughters, Scottsdale Honors Cotillion (named Miss Debutante in 1972), Eastern Star, and served as president of the local chapter of the American Business Women’s Association. Her career spanned many decades as she worked for Sears & Roebuck, Ramada International, America West Airlines and Macys, Inc. Carrie was a lover of books, art, fashion and design, music and all things uniquely beautiful. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Jimmy Wade, her mother, Frances Kennington, sister Dawn Kennington Bejar and nephews Evan, Collin, and Kelsey Bejar.
