Carolyn Sue Perkins, nee Tolbert, 63 of O’Fallon, IL, born May 18, 1953 in Marion, IL, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in Belleville, IL. Carolyn was a member of the O’Fallon Moose Auxiliary; she loved to go to yard sales and play backgammon.
Carolyn will be remembered as always helping others and doing more for others than herself. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, always making sure her daughter and grand children were provided for and will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother; Myrtle Tolbert and husband; Gary P. Perkins. She is survived by her significant other; Don Tomlin of O’Fallon, IL, her daughter; Tanya K. Tolbert of O’Fallon, IL and grandchildren; Charles D. Gilmore, Jr., Taylor L. Gilmore and Liberty Williams all of O’Fallon, IL.
