Carolyn R. (Scott) Tomey, 83, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Carolyn was born on January 21, 1938 in Edinburgh, Indiana to the late Virgil and Blanche (Schroth) Scott. She married the love of her life, Russell L. Tomey, on September 14, 1958 in Franklin, Indiana; they were married for sixty-three wonderful years. Carolyn later worked in the billing department at Franciscan Health until her retirement.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Russel Tomey of Greenwood, IN; her six children, Russell (Madonna) Tomey Jr. and Richard Tomey, both of Indianapolis, Ronald (Charlotte) Tomey of Palm Coast, FL, Robert Tomey of Indianapolis, Rhonda Norton of Gnawbone, IN, and Keith (Olga) Tomey of Los Angeles, CA; her eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; her sister, Marilyn Tomey.
Carolyn was preceded in death by a grandchild, her parents, and three half-sisters.
