Carolyn Oosse Offer went peacefully with her Savior on Monday, January 14, 2013 in Covington, Tennessee. Carolyn was born on November 13, 1951. She was the daughter to Vickie Worthington Adams. She was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. She had lived most of her life in the Hill Country of Texas where she had raised her family. Carolyn was a housewife and a great mother to her children. She went to Schreiner Nursing College in1984 and received her LVN License. She worked at Sid Peterson Hospital. In 1986 she completed schooling for a Paramedic. In 1987 she went to work for Judge Frieda J. Pressler as her Court Clerk in Comfort, Texas and as a volunteer Paramedic with Kendall County EMS. In 1997 she left the Hill Country and moved to Covington, Tennessee where she continued her nursing career in Home Health and further her education. Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother, Vickie Adams and her sister Gail Oosse. Carolyn is survived by children, Kelly Kristine Miskin Bernstein and husband Stan of San Antonio, Texas; Ashley Lynn Miskin and Richard Kristopher Miskin of Austin, Texas, and her very best friend, Frieda J. Pressler.
