Carolyn M. Oliver Stielper (nee McNeir), 85, of Linthicum passed away on October 27, 2017. Carolyn is survived by her husband, John W. Stielper; her children, Cathy Giles, Carolyn Dasher, Audrey Hadel, and Sylvester Oliver, Jr.; her sisters, Lillian Hoover and Macy Hunt. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Sylvester Oliver, Sr. and her daughter, Loretta Lushner.
