Carolyn Maddox, 82, of Arvada passed away on July 17, 2019, at Lutheran Medical Center.
Born on October 3, 1936, in West Frankfort, Illinois, she was the daughter of Bennie and Wanda Mae (Lacey) Westell. Carolyn married Jerry Maddox on October 6, 1956, and together they shared nearly 63 years of marriage.
Carolyn enjoyed her exercise classes at the YMCA and the friendships she made there. She loved reading, baking and cooking.
