Carolyn Janasy Peirce, born in Nutley, New Jersey on November 1, 1940, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 26, 2018. A graduate of Nutley High School and Douglass College, Cary moved to Fairfield in 1977 and was well known for her contagious sense of humor and quick wit. Cary devoted her life to the betterment and enrichment of the community she called home.
