Survivors include her husband, Charlie Worthey; her children, Samantha Worhtey, Ricky Darrow, Trudy Russell, Charlene Worthey, Tina Worthey, Charlie Wayne Worthey, Jr, Chad Eugene Worthey, Barbara Ann Standefer; her sisters, Barbara Upton, Patricia Sanders; her brothers, Michael, Roy, Bobby & Kenneth Sanders; 17 grandchildren. Mrs. Worthey was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry and Steve Sanders and one sister, Linda Sanders.
