Carolyn F. Sanor, age 72, of Salem, died at 6:50 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2016 at the Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem. She was born September 22, 1944 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Stewart and Frances (Hutton) Huston.
She was a graduate of Mohawk High School and New Castle Business College. Carolyn worked at Farm and Dairy as a secretary and Miller Holzworth, Current Electric and Columbiana County Extension. She was a member of the Damascus Friends Church and was a young farmer member, and enjoyed playing the organ, accordion and loved being with her family.
Survivors include her husband, L. Lynn Sanor, whom she married January 22, 1966. A son, Todd (Raeann) Sanor of Salem; a daughter, Tina (Keb) Snyder of Navarre; a sister, Leona Russell of Salem; a brother, Stewart “Billy” Huston Jr. of Salem; five grandchildren, Mikenzi Snyder, Kaylie Snyder, Jessica Snyder, Kaylen Sanor and Emilee Sanor.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Gary Sanor; infant daughter, Laura Sanor; and a brother, Don Huston.
