Carolyn Elise Wallisch, 78 years of age of Littleton, Colorado passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Porter Hospice. She was born August 23, 1939 in Denver Colorado to Margaret and Morgan White. Carolyn is survived by her husband of 55 years, Darrell, her son Michael, daughter in-law Syd and their son Bailey, and her daughter Kerri and son in-law Rob Kristufek. Teacher, principal, educational consultant and life-long “leader of the pack,” Carolyn graduated from UNC in a day when women were just beginning to think about tapping against the glass ceiling. She shepherded the young minds of yesterday, stewarding their growth in later years as both a dean and then a principal of several well-established Colorado institutions. A steadfast Tri Sigma Sorority “girl” from 1958, she served from 2006-2009 as President of the Denver Alumni Chapter.
