She was born April 1, 1938 in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Clinton B. and Frances M. (Conyne) Megill.
Survivors include two sons, Arthur Bruce Coulter Jr. of Youngstown and Leonard Lee Coulter of Cleveland; one daughter, Carrie Lynne Warren of Apopka, Florida; a sister, Barbara Lougee of New Brighton, Pennsylvania; and several grandchildren.
