Carolyn Call Ricker, 62 of Newnan passed away Wednesday November 10, 2021, at Newnan Piedmont Hospital. Carolyn was born August 27, 1959 in Mesa, Az. To Willard B. Call and Elizabeth Manning Call. 

Carolyn grew up in California as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Graduated from the Monterey County School system in California. She then attended Hartnell College in Salinas California and at University of Utah, before serving an 18-month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in the Harrisburg Pennsylvania Mission.

Upon returning from her mission, she met and after 17 months married her Eternal companion David L. Ricker, of Chambersburg, Pa. She followed him through his 22-year career in the Military. They had five children, David Jonathan, Jacob Lee, Benjamin Albert, Rebekah Elizabeth and Samuel Isaac Ricker.

Carolyn finished a Bachelor Degree from Ashford University in Accounting, she enjoyed reading, sewing and cooking, listening to classical music. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she enjoyed her callings in the church teaching the youth. She helped her three sons attain the Rank of Eagle Scout and Jonathan the Spirit of the Eagle. Carolyn enjoyed traveling and moved 6 times in her marriage of 36 years. Carolyn is preceded in death by her son David

Jonathan and her parents Willard B. Call and Elizabeth Manning Call. She is survived by her husband CPT David L. Ricker and her four remaining children Jacob Lee, Benj amin Albert, Rebekah Elizabeth and Samuel Isaac Ricker of Newnan, Ga.
