Carolyn A. Bialt, 82, of Bayonne, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, New Jersey. She was born Carolyn A. Smith on February 14, 1939 in Jersey City, New Jersey, where she grew up. On September 22, 1984, Carolyn and her husband, Daniel, were married and began their lives together in Bayonne. Carolyn raised her family in Jersey City and Bayonne. Before her retirement, Carolyn worked as the Administrative Assistant for Allied Beverage Company LLC. She retired at 78 years old after many years of dedicated service to the company. In her spare time, Carolyn also volunteered for Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. Most of all, Carolyn was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Catherine (Buckley) Smith, her beloved husband, Daniel Bialt, her daughter-in-law, Denise Scala, and her brother-in-law, Kevin Larkin. Carolyn is survived by her loving children, Jacqueline Barber and her husband, Thomas Gregg Barber, of Hazlet, and Thomas Charles Scala of Jackson, her dear sisters, Catherine Gallagher and Rosemary Larkin, her cherished grandchildren, Charlie Scala, Kristie Scala, Kelsey Marie Barber, Bryan Scala, and Erica Scala, and her adored great grandchildren, Breanna, Cassandra, and Harrison, along with many treasured nieces and nephews.
