Caroline Ruth Sufficool fell asleep in Jesus on July 22, 2021. Caroline was born on June 29, 1939, in Vinita, Oklahoma to Arthur Adams and Ruth (Trogden) Adams. She was raised in the Ketchum/Langley area around Grand Lake. As a youth, she traveled back and forth from Oklahoma and California working in the cotton and fruit fields. After graduating from La Siera Academy, she moved back to Oklahoma to live with her grandparents, John and Molly Adams. She met and married Evert Vance Sufficool in 1964.
Caroline spent many years working as a CNA at Craig County Hospital in Vinita. She then worked in private Home Health Care. She finished her career working in a group home in Langley, Oklahoma. She then cared for her mother in her home for five years.
In 2015, health issues forced Caroline to move to Okeechobee, Florida to live with her son John. She enjoyed the warmer weather in Florida and loved going to the lake and the beach.
She is preceded in death by her father, Arthur Adam, and mother, Ruth Hight; her daughter, Carol Sue; husband, Evert Sufficool; and twin granddaughters, Danielle and Nicole Sufficool.
She is survived by her sons EV Sufficool (Lisa) of Mesa, Arizona, and John Sufficool (Christina), of Okeechobee; and her grandson Bradley Sufficool (Hope), currently of Gainesville, FL.
