Caroline Louise Payne Lawson, 71, of Dillwyn, died March 4, 2014. She was the widow of Lewis J. Lawson. In additon to her husband she was predeceased by a son, James Allen. She is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Tomlinson of Newport News; a son, Michael Allen of Dillwyn; two sisters, Ann Blake and Thelma Payne, both of Dillwyn; four grandchildren and one great, grandchild.
