Caroline Barone
(nee Guarnere) On December 29, 2020. Beloved wife of John. Devoted mother of Andrea. Cherished daughter of the late Augustus and Caroline “Lena” (nee Ricciardi) Guarnere. Dear sister of Josephine Dean (Richard), Gloria Ware (David), Michael, John (Mary Anne), Frank (the late Patricia), and the late Joseph, Eugene (the late Joni), Anthony and Augustus Guarnere, Jr. Also survived by her dear sisters-in-law Joanne and Barbara.
Caroline was lovingly known as Cacie to all of her friends and family. She loved to travel and her favorite place in the whole wide world was the beach. Any beach. She also loved the casinos and enjoyed playing bingo, loved listening to music, watching movies and had a great sense of humor. She also enjoyed her time working as a secretary and as a retail marketer but her favorite job was being a mother to her daughter Andrea and of course a loving wife to her husband.
She was the kind of person that was easily liked by anyone who was lucky enough to meet her. She could meet someone for the first time and in five minutes you would think they had been best friends for years. She had a smile that could brighten the darkest day and beautiful eyes that were as blue as the summer sky. She had a compassionate heart that allowed her to care for others even during the times she was ill herself.
She was loved by everyone and gave much more of herself than she took. She will be remembered as someone who put her own personal wants and needs last while treating everyone as if they were the most special person in the world and she will be remembered for her fierce fighting spirit that kept her going against the odds and beating them.
She left us with years of happy memories and will be in all of our hearts forever. She was a beautiful and loving woman who was taken away much too soon. She touched everyone she ever met and will be sadly missed by all. She had a deep and passionate love for her mother and has now reunited with her along with her father, brothers and loved ones in Heaven and is watching and guiding us with her love from above.
Caroline’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family.
