Carol Marie Williams, 78, of Idaho Falls, passed away January 3, 2021, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.  She was under the care of Aspen Hospice.

Carol was born November 10, 1942, in Provo, Utah, to George Theo Bowen and Eva June Yeargan Bowen. She grew up in Rigby and graduated from Rigby High School.

On November 5, 1958, Carol married Westley Ace Williams in Rigby. Together, they were blessed with six children: Tonia, Wes, Linnette, Teresa, Dominique, and Chad. They later divorced. Carol lived in Idaho Falls where she worked as a bank teller. She enjoyed painting ceramics, taking photographs, traveling, and completing genealogy work. She could frequently be caught reading a book by Stephen King or James Patterson. Carol especially loved her dogs.

Carol is survived by her loving children, Teresa Williams of Idaho Falls, ID, Wes (Pepper) Williams Jr. of Twin Falls, ID, Tonia (Brent) Guymon of Iona, ID, Linnette (Mark) Giles of Surprise, AZ, and Dominique Brody of Idaho Falls, ID; sisters, Linda Otonicar of Butte, MT, Kim LeProwse of Butte, MT, and Alana Munoz of Butte, MT; 
14 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Eva Bowen; son, Chad Lee Williams; siblings, Georgia Joan Brooks and Joseph James Taylor; and two grandsons, Austin Call and Jeremy Williams.
