Carol Susan Cichorz, age 70, of Chicago Heights, IL, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017. She was born July 21st, 1946, to Arthur and Angeline George and grew up in Chicago Heights, IL.
Carol worked at St. James Hospital for 30 years as a registered nurse and retired from home health nursing.
Carol loved to go dancing with her husband, Frank. She loved taking long walks along the Chicago shores of Lake Michigan. She loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, compassion, and her commitment to her family.
She was survived by her husband Frank Cichorz; daughter Jennifer (Brian) Sniadanko; daughter Jill (Craig) Roush; granddaughters Haley Sniadanko, Serena & Natalie Roush; grandson Justin Sniadanko; brothers Art (Cinzia) George and Jeff (Sue) George; sister Gayle (Andrew) Ahrendt.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Angeline George.
