Carol R. Tweitmann, 80 of Ortley Beach section of Toms River, NJ passed away on Tuesday January 5, 2021 at home.
She was born and raised in Bayonne, NJ.
Carol was an Office Manager Chait Foods in Bayonne, NJ for many years.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help RC Church in Seaside Heights, NJ.
Carol was a volunteer and philanthropic supporter of the Deborah Hospital Foundation. She was an active member of Deborah’s Seaside Chapter for more than 25 years. During those years, she applied her skill with numbers as the Chapter Treasurer, a responsibility she took very seriously. As a philanthropic supporter, Carol made an impact on the lifesaving work at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center. She also did something equally important; she encouraged other to join in her support of Deborah.
She is preceded in death by her parents Martin Tweitmann and Julia A. (Hanock), her brother Martin and her sister Julia.
She is survived by many loving cousins and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
