PETERSON, Carol Marie (Lanzing)Born in Lansing, MI March 24, 1952, moved to Pinellas County at age four, and went to be with her Lord Jan. 2, 2018. She and Jon Duke Peterson, her husband of 43 years, were an inspiration to family and friends. They were married by Fr. LeRoy Lawson, first Dean of St. Peter’s Cathedral. Carol was a graduate of SPHS in 1970, where she met Jon as co-editor of the Yearbook. She graduated from SPJC and USF and practiced as a Registered Nurse for 45 years, where she brought care, comfort, and healing to countless others.
