Carol Lou A. Sell, 78, of Quakertown, passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, September 9, in the St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital. Carol Lou was the widow of Daniel A. Sell, who died on April 4, 2005. They were married for 52 years at the time of his death. Carol Lou was a loving and caring homemaker all of her life. Born in the former E. Mauch Chunk now a part of Jim Thorpe she was a daughter of the late John and Violet (Kuehner) McFarland. She was a member of West Swamp Mennonite Church, Quakertown. Survivors: Children, Daniel A. and his wife, Leslie (Garis) of Souderton, Laurie A. Glass and her husband, Jeffrey of Wisconsin, Michael A. and Christine B., both of Quakertown; grandchildren, Katelyn, Tia, Richard, Cassandra; brother, John McFarland and his wife Noreen, of Latham, NY, sister, Wanda Baker of Modesto, CA.
