On Tuesday, November 10, 2015, Carol Lee Angen, 68, passed away at the Lexington Medical Center in South Carolina. Born in Newington, she was the daughter of the late Russell Stewart & Mildred Wheeler Westman. She was raised and educated in Newington schools, and was employed as an actuary with the Cigna & Aetna Insurance companies, before settling to South Carolina. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Don Angen, a daughter Nicole Houck and her husband James, all of Lexington, SC, a brother Charles Westman of East Hampton, CT, her sisters; Jeanne Middleton of Rocky Hill and Patricia Carpenter of Glastonbury, her grandchildren; Elijah, Peter, Andrew, Emma, Isabel, and a number of nieces and nephews.
