HOFFMAN, Mrs. Carol L. Augusta, MI Went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday evening March 16, 2015. Carol was born September 15, 1945, in Battle Creek, Michigan a daughter of Roger and Mamee Brown Davis.
She had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed as the Galesburg Postmaster for over 30 years before retiring. Carol was also a member of the Gull Lake Area Community Church and volunteered with the Cheff Center for years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Robert “Bobby” Davis; and a sister, Judy Davis. On May 22, 1999, she was united in marriage to Cliff “Lee” Hoffman who survives. Also surviving, a daughter, Vicki John Bycroft of Hastings; a stepdaughter, Michelle Hoffman of Bedford, MI; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a sister, Marcia Seevers of San Bernardino, CA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Carol touched everyone she came in touch with, with her warm, caring, helpful heart.
