Carol Jean Brooks, 63, of Anderson, passed away comfortably on April 10, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on October 22, 1949 in Kentucky, and resided most of her life in Anderson. She was a Homemaker. She loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She enjoyed bowling, playing volleyball, watching horror movies, playing cards, and dice. Carol is survived by her son, Philip E. Tina Brooks of Anderson; son, Ed Brooks of Anderson; and daughter, Deanna J. Christian Brooks of Anderson; grandchildren, Jaymes Sidwell, Shelby Brooks, Bryson Brooks, Clarence Brooks, Cassidi Brooks, Colton Brooks, Savannah Brown and Miranda Emmons; two great-grandchildren, Kiya and Liam; Mother, Grace Tetrick; Sisters, Annie, Janetta, Myra, Kathy, Becky and Lori; and brother, Dudley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Brooks; and father, Leroy Tetrick.
