BARTON, Carol J. Hendrichsen of Scotts, MI. Passed away November 20, 2010 at home. She was born November 28, 1935 in Pavilion Twp., MI to the late Henry A. and Winifred Wynn Hendrichsen. Carol was married to William Barton on November 2, 1963 for 47 loving years. Bill survives. Carol was the family genealogist and she loved to visit different libraries as she continually updated her family tree.
She also loved her garden, taking care of her grandchildren, reading and was a beautiful seamstress. Also surviving Carol are her children, Jeffrey Dee Wyman of Portage, Douglas Lynette Wyman of Climax, Sherry Chris Hindmarsh of Pflugerville, TX, William Diane Barton III of Plainwell, Michelle John Howell of Pflugerville, TX and Paul Leslie Barton of Burlington, MI; 20 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, Walter Mary Hendrichsen, Donald Sandy Hendrichsen, Gerald Marie Conroy and Daniel Melody Conroy; sisters, Eileen Ron Bagley and Vicki Rodger Myhre; 4 sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews. Also preceding Carol in death was a brother, Dwight Hendrichsen.
