LAKELAND – Dr. Carol Dale “Doc” Murdock, 70, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013, as a result of complications of Alzheimer’s.
Dr. Murdock was born April 23, 1943 in Princeville, IL. He and his family moved to Lakeland from IA, in the early 1970s. Dr. Murdock served the Lakeland community as a chiropractor at Murdock Chiropractic Clinic for many years. He was a member of the Polk County Chiropractic Society and the Florida Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Murdock is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Gloria Murdock; 4 sons; 3 daughters; sister, Linda Daly; and 17 grandchildren.
