Carol Black went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 26, 2018. Her husband Joe Dale Black, her son Steven Mintrell, her parents Ralph and Helen Flye, and her brother Ron precede her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Carol Dalla Betta and her husband Dan; three grandchildren, Casey Daniel Dalla Betta and his wife Shana; Nicole Carol Arguello and her husband Ronnie; and Carina Ida Dalla Betta; two great grandchildren Enzo Daniel Dalla Betta and Avalyn Mary Arguello, all living in the metropolitan Denver area. She has two living sisters, Bonnie Jean Daniel, and Yvonne Cobb, both living in the San Francisco Bay area. Carol Inez Black was born on November 23, 1939 to Ralph and Helen Flye in Minneapolis, Kansas at her grandmother’s house. During her childhood she was very outgoing and happy. She loved people and she loved to sing.
