Mrs. Carol Ann Disoso Clavier wife of Daniel H. Clavier Jr. died at her home in Gretna, LA on Tuesday October 4, 2016. Carol was the daughter of Mary and Joseph Disoso . Born in New Orleans December 10, 1944, she attended public schools in New Orleans and graduated from Delgado Community College with a degree in Fine Arts. Carol married Daniel “Danny” Clavier Jr. on May 4, 1962 in New Orleans. Carol has been a member of Beta Sigma Phi-Xi beta Alpha chapter since 1972. Carol was an avid artist whose paintings won numerous awards with her works in oils, acrylics, pastel, and charcoal. Carol is a member of the Westbank Art Guild and Former member of the St. Charles and St. Tammany parish Art Guilds. Carol loved traveling, Mardi Gras, festivals, and time with her family. Carol was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. Preceded in death by her parents, her sister Dale, her brother Donald. Survived by her son Daniel H. Clavier III and wife Pam. Daughter Robin Cuquet and husband Bruce. Brother Randy Disoso. Grandchildren: Jennifer Radau and Gabe, Kristopher Clavier and Sarah, Jessica McGregor and Garett, Justin Cuquet, Devin Cuquet and Braya, and Alyssa Cuquet and Brandon. Great Grandchildren: Colton McGregor, Stella Clavier, Piper McGregor and Ava Cuquet.
