Bermudez, Carmen age 88 passed away on Wednesday Sept. 22. Beloved wife of the late Edward Bermudez, who passed 5 years before her. She was the loving sister to Louis, Alice, sister in law Jean and deceased brothers Richard, Edward, and Freddie.
She was close to her nieces and nephews and she will be missed by them all. Carmen, aka “Connie”, lived in Toms River for 49 years. Here she met a few people who turned into very close friends. She truly enjoyed her time with them and considered them as close as family.
Carmen was a fashion designer and commuted to the garment center in NYC for 25 years. She loved to play piano, do yoga, and once retiring joined The Ocean County Artists Guild which she too enjoyed.
