Carmen G. Ortiz Sanchez, 66, of 43 Dewitt St., New Haven passed away April 2, 2012 in the CT. Hospice, Branford. She was the beloved wife of Joaquin Sanchez. Born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico on July 13, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Primitivo Ortiz and Juana Reyes Ortis. She came here in 1961 at the age of 16.
